When you book a room you are buying non-refundable tickets to a private event at a scheduled time. Same day changes and refunds are not allowed.

We have locations in Wallingford, Rocky Hill and Farmington. The location is in every title so please double check you are booking the correct location. Wallingford and Farmington are located on the second floor and are not handicap accessible.

Store credits and rescheduling will only be allowed for changes made 24 hours before your scheduled time of arrival. Same day changes are not allowed. To make a change to your reservation call 203-626-9078 and speak to a person or leave a voicemail. Emails are only checked once daily so please do not try to make time sensitive changes by email.

Ticket prices are based on group size. If you arrive with a different amount of players than booked, the price will be adjusted based on the group size AND room minimum. $44 per ticket for a group of 2 players, $37 per ticket for a group of 3 players, $30 per ticket for groups of 4 or more. If you book a room with a 4 person minimum, you will be required to purchase 4 tickets at $30 per ticket even if you only show up with 2 players.

A digital waiver is required to be signed by each participant. This waiver is provided in the email confirmation.

A participating adult over the age of 18 is required to be in the room if any player is under the age of 16. All players over the age of 7 require a ticket to be in the room.

Children under the age of 3 may accompany you in the room only if they are in a stroller or are carried for the entirety of the game. There are many small parts and electronics in the room that will be unsafe for toddlers or can be easily broken.

There will be a $50 charge for any item that is removed from the room or broken due to unnecessary force. We will contact you to return the item before any charge is made. All of our rooms are monitored and recorded.

If you are not sure how many people to book you may book the minimum to secure the rooms date and time. When you arrive you can pay for the remaining tickets.

There will be a $50 cleaning fee for the party room if the floor is covered in popcorn or there is food on the walls.
